A Recruiter manages the hiring process end to end, from sourcing candidates and screening applications to scheduling interviews and extending offers. They fill roles faster, improve candidate quality, and free up hiring managers to focus on their teams instead of recruitment admin.

Some of What They Do Day to Day

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referral networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
• Manage job postings and maintain an active talent pipeline
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background screening
• Manage offer processes including negotiation and documentation
• Track recruitment metrics and report on time-to-fill and pipeline health
