01

Tell us what you need

Share your goals, team gaps, and growth stage. We listen first, then build a plan that fits.

What happens

  • A short discovery call focused on listening and clarity
  • We map your current team structure and identify the gaps
  • You tell us your timeline, budget, and non-negotiables
  • We ask good questions to ensure great outcomes

Outcome: A clear brief we both agree on before anything else happens.

Before you start

Questions worth asking.

How long until my team is ready to work?

Most Virtual Professionals are placed and onboarded within 2–3 weeks from the initial discovery call. The exact timeline depends on the role and your availability to review candidates. We move quickly, but we don't skip steps.

What happens in the discovery call?

A 30 to 45 minute conversation about your team structure, the roles you need, and how you like to work. The goal is clarity first, so we can recommend the right next step for your business.

What if the match isn't right?

We stand behind every placement. If a Virtual Professional isn't working out within the agreed engagement period, we'll find a replacement at no additional cost. Expectations are set clearly before anything is signed, so mismatches are rare. When they happen, we handle it.

Do I manage the team directly?

Yes. Your Virtual Professionals work within your systems, report to you, and operate as part of your team. We handle structure and ongoing support in the background: onboarding, check-ins, development. The day-to-day direction is yours.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We recommend a 3-month engagement to see real momentum. It gives your Virtual Professional time to onboard properly, build context, and start contributing at the level you hired them for. No hidden lock-in clauses.

What does ongoing support actually mean?

It means we stay in the picture. Milestone check-ins to review performance. Quarterly masterclasses for professional development. An account manager you can reach when something comes up. It's not a set-and-forget placement.

Ready to build your team?

Start with a conversation. Tell us what you need and we'll map out a plan, no commitment required.
