• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks
• Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews across business units
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations
• Prepare compliance reports and submissions for regulators
• Deliver staff training on compliance obligations and best practices
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and remediation tracking
• Coordinate with legal counsel on regulatory enquiries and responses
• Maintain registers for licences, certifications, and regulatory filings
